Clothing

Dirty and tight clothes are ideal breeding grounds for yeast. One of the yeast infection causes is non cotton clothes that trap moisture and heat. Undergarments that allow the skin to breathe should be worn. Underwear should be changed regularly.

Chemicals

Chemicals are another yeast infection cause. Perfumes, dyes and inks can kill the good bacteria on the body and trigger an excess of yeast growth. Try to avoid scented toilet papers and soaps if at all possible.
